Master bedroom #1 (Coastal Theme) spend the night dreaming of a beach getaway in your king bed. This beautiful bedroom features a Smart TV, a private bathroom with shower, double sink, bathtub, and private door to backyard. Nightstand tables have charging station for electronics.
Bedroom #2 (Minion's Theme) main floor has a bunk bed with Full size on the bottom and twin size on the top. Smart TV available in the room, dresser, and luggage rack. Table lamps have charging station for electronics.
Superhero themed Gameroom – This Gameroom is an entertainment paradise for all ages. It features a classic foosball table for a game of soccer, a stylish pool table for billiards enthusiasts, basketball arcade game with LED Electronic scorer and timer. Guest accessThe Hamlet Community is a gated community. Gate code will be needed if entering after 8pm. The guest will receive access code after making their reservation.

➡️only 1 car allowed for street parking, because only there is only 1 parking pass available for the car parked on the street. Cars without the pass will be towed and commercial vehicles will also be towed.
➡️ parking pass located inside the house and must be returned after your visit.
➡️ no blocking entrance to driveway or. Sidewalks. No parking in fire lane.
➡️$50 fine for not returning parking pass and/or blocking sidewalks/driveway.
➡️ street parking allowed on the opposite side of the house. It’s a first come basis, so feel free to park anywhere inside the community (as long as it’s the appropriate parking side).

Neighborhood overviewThe Hamlet community is beautiful small, gated community. It's conveniently located near shopping, major highways, Disney theme parks and local attractions.
Getting aroundGuest will receive Gate Code 24 hours before arriving. Parking for 3-4 cars ONLY allowed at the property! Two-three cars can be parked on the driveway and only one car can be parked on the street. We provide only one parking pass for street parking. Cars without the pass will be towed.
